Porta potty rentals for Portland events and weddings

Weddings, festivals, 5Ks, corporate events and backyard parties. We drop off the units and pick them up after, so you can think about the event and not the restrooms.

Count the guests, then add the extras

Start with one standard unit for every 50 guests if the event runs a few hours. If people will be drinking or the day runs long, go higher, because lines build up fast.

Public events should also have an ADA unit. The usual rule is one for every 20 standard units. A hand wash station goes by the toilets, and another one near the food if you have any.

Not sure what your event needs? Tell us the guest count and the hours, and we’ll gladly help you work it out.

Weddings

What a wedding needs

Most weddings need standard units for the guests, an ADA unit if the guest list calls for one, and a hand wash station near the caterer. If the couple wants a sink inside the unit, ask us about a Deluxe.

We deliver ahead of the day and pick up after it. Tell us where the truck can get in, and where the units should sit so they’re easy to find and out of the way.

Weddings book up, so call early. One to two weeks ahead is best, and earlier for a busy time of year.

What an event rental includes

Delivery and pickup

Our drivers bring the units and call ahead when they’re on the way. We do next-day delivery whenever possible. When the event is over, we come get them.

Service during the event

Event rentals don’t include service, which works for most events because they’re over in a day or two. For a longer event, we can service the units for an additional fee if you schedule it in advance.

FAQ

Event rental questions

Short answers for planners and hosts.

How many porta potties do I need for an event?

One standard unit for every 50 guests is a good starting point if the event runs a few hours. Add units if there’s alcohol or the event goes long. Public events should also have an ADA unit, usually one for every 20 standard units.

How far ahead should I book for a wedding or event?

One to two weeks ahead is best, and earlier for a big event or a busy time of year. If your date is close, call anyway. We do next-day delivery whenever possible.

Is service included for an event rental?

Event rentals don’t include service. We can service the units during your event for an additional fee if you schedule it in advance, so tell us when you call us.

Where should the units go?

On flat, stable ground, within 25 feet of where our truck can get in. Put hand wash stations by the toilets and near any food. We help you pick the spots when we deliver.

Can I get a sink in the unit?

Yes, ask about a Deluxe. It’s a standard unit with a sink inside. We quote Deluxe units on the quote form, so put your date and guest count in the message.
